As some of you might be aware, the Pennsylvania State Council is currently making our preparations to update the Report Card for Pennsylvania's Infrastructure which will be released in the Fall of 2018. I have the pleasure along with Cathy Farrell, President of the Philadelphia Section, in Co-Chairing the this upcoming version of the Report Card.
The report card which is similar to the 2017 National Infrastructure Report Card that ASCE released this past Spring, The PA Report Card in 2014 included the following topics.
- Bridges - Energy - Schools - Parks & Recreation - Stormwater - Roads
- Dams - Freight Rail - Inland Waterways - Ports - Transit
- Drinking Water - Levees - Hazardous Waste - Solid Waste - Wasterwater
To those who have expressed interested in volunteering, thank you. We will be starting our efforts shortly and will be in contact with you. For those who still like to participate, there is still time to get involved.
