  • 1.  THE RISK OF FAILURE THROUGH MANAGING CIVIL ENGINEERING ON SITE

While on site the civil engineer, here the question of discussion I am bringing forward is, what is the best way to managing failure on site construction in progress, perhaps this may happen. We are busy putting up a construction of highway bridge our effort is to avoid a future collapse, in other words , failures occur as a result of basic and established shortcomings inability to effect input of spatial layout of design that will allow a wider dissemination of key data analysis and calculations.

What I am observing, and it is happening more and more frequently, is that construction engineers are so busy with day-to-day bureaucracy and are failing to closely monitor the work in its details, such as checking the frame iron for lining before pouring the concrete.

This is what I have observed in works. And we engineers with more experience cannot let this happen.

Actually lacking of proper knowledge how to handle the site conditions causes the trouble. Actually, the knowledge of paper works is vast different from the site. You my know the design but you may not how to execute the plan.
