I'm looking ahead for construction management, and I am more over a research based guy. Which university do you think will be the best place to start my masters from?  As a civil engineer now, what skills could I develop in myself to grow smoothly in the construction industry?

    THANK YOU!

    Hi Salman, and,
Congratulations as you continue your formal educational preparation.

The answer to your two questions is "It Depends!"

    • Q1. "Which university..."
I suggest you visit the following resources and glean responses to a list of questions that describe your various interest and concerns.

    https://www.construction-institute.org/

    https://www.agc.org/

    •  Q2. "what skills could I develop in myself ..."
Improve and continue to develop and practice your comfort level with asking and answering questions...at the time you realize you "Need to know."
This one skill will take you where ever you wish to go.

While your technical skills are important, what is equally important will be your comfort level with collaboration, cooperation, and communication (listening) with people, process, and leadership.

    Stay Healthy!
    Cheers,
    Bill
