The newly appointed officers of ASCE Philippine Section met for the first time on May 16 at Modern Shanghai restaurant in Edsa Shangri-la, Mandaluyong City. Our Treasurer Gilbert Magbutay was on a project location, so he was not able to join this introductory face to face meeting.
"Big things start with small ideas." This meeting was important to initiate the plan of revitalization of the Philippine Section, where we allow to be more transparent about our individual vision and our personal capacities to contribute to achieving the common goal. This also kick starts the sharing of ideas which we hope to nourish and build in the coming days, while we enjoyed some dim sum and the afternoon tea.
