Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) – Part 4

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is hosting a public hearing to receive public comment on the proposed Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). This hearing will provide participants an opportunity to provide public comment orally during the virtual hearing and should indicate their interest when registering. Individuals indicating interest in providing public comment orally at the virtual hearing will receive additional details prior to the public hearing including the scheduled timeslot for providing comment.
