Several good papers on Best Management Practices for sediment control in ASCE's Journal of Sustainable Water in the Built Environment.
They include some much needed numbers on BMP effectiveness in the field. Does anyone have other reliable, up-to-date guidance on effectiveness and maintenance requirements?
