    Bill McAnally and I drafted the attached document to address a perceived gap: the absence of a simple primer describing risk management. The intended audience is early-career civil engineers or those soon to become civil engineers. We hope the members of this community will provide us with feedback, letting us know where we got it wrong (and of course right) and additional content we should consider including. We are also hoping the community can help with real-life examples of risk management that can be shared.

    I gave this a read and threw some of my initial thoughts into the attached markup! I think this is a great foundation and I'll be very interested to see you all expand on when to ask for help & some case studies.
