She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. Mariam has extensive experience in international development, particularly through her role as a Project Management Specialist with USAID in Kabul, Afghanistan. There, she managed multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects, including significant initiatives in hydropower and renewable energy. Her expertise includes developing and implementing integrated water resources management strategies, overseeing complex projects, and ensuring adherence to federal regulations.
