    Consider sending your request to:
    a. ASCE Chapters/sections in your region for various engineering groups.

    b. Sending your request to Civil Engineering Dept. Heads for their Ph.D. students as well.

    This research will be very useful for civil engineering. But I think the field of research is so wide, therefor it is better to look at the specialized subject and the field of research in a research subject using Python programming.

    I think the topic is a little bit too broad. Is there any specific topics within Civil Engineering that you like? Focusing on such topic will take less time and benefit you more imo.
