For my doctoral dissertation, I am conducting research on professional workers to better understand effective decision making at work. I would greatly appreciate your feedback in this thread on what enables engineering professionals to make effective decisions. And please see more information below to participate in the study.

This study is unique in its focus on engineering professionals. It also examines relationships among variables that have not previously been studied. With your help, the study's results may help organizational leaders identify conditions that lead to more effective decision making at work.

I invite you to participate in this study via the online survey hyperlinked below. The survey has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at Bellevue University. It consists of multiple-choice questions, takes about fifteen minutes of your time, and can be completed on any internet-connected device. There are no known or anticipated risks to participating in the study, and your participation is voluntary. Your responses are anonymous and confidential. To complete the survey, please click the hyperlink below.

    Suggest an immediate edit.

Always place the words effective and efficient together in any sentence.

One addresses what we do; and the other how we do it.
    Cheers,

    Hello Kyle,

I remember approaching a cinematic analysis of both doing bad things for good reasons, and doing good things for bad reasons: https://youtu.be/6ddHGpQm9oE

Vince Gillian seems to be a master at showing how it's a slippery slope to take shortcuts or destroy anything, because actions have consequences.
