    Hi everyone.  I am new to this forum so I apologize if this has been discussed before.  I am looking to upgrade from hard copy code books to e-books.  Is there a good online subscription service that houses up-to-date publications of AASHTO, ASTM, IBC?  I would only be viewing in PDF.

    Brian, as a member of ASTM Committee F-17.67,  Trenchless Technolgy CIPP Rehabilitation, I know for a fact that ASTM Standards can be obtained digitally in PDF format.  I'm pretty certain in today's internet age, this would be true of other standards associations.

    Hi Brian,  You may find access to electronic files of the IBC along with several referenced standards through the following website: https://codes.iccsafe.org/. I recommend premiumACCESS subscription service which you can try out for a 14-Day free trial through the above website.
