Hi Ahmed,
i have been in your place, and I understand the feeling. I see that you already have a job, so it makes thing a lot easier, but from my personal experience, my first problem was with units. It will be be fixed after a few years. You will forget about metric system by then! The other issue is the language barrier. I mean the technical language not the daily use. This issue will be fixed if you go to school. Another issue will be credentials and experience. Over here, al lot of things are different but we you are exposed to diverse types of projects, you will learn about that too.
Your question is about the job market, and the key question is how to become presentable in the market. Part of the answer is in the above items, and sadly, patience is a must.
