Environmental Justice provides equal benefits and protection from environmental conditions for all people, without regard for their wealth. For background, ASCE published a series of articles (https://www.asce.org/topics/equity-infrastructure) on equity and infrastructure that deal with intersections of environmental justice with engineering issues. Thoughts?
