Hi Usman,
Civil Engineering is a broad field. I would suggest the first thing to do as a second-year student is take the time over the next two years to try to narrow down your interest somewhat.
For example, when I was entering my senior year, I had spent the previous summer interning at a geotechnical company. It was a great experience where I learned a lot, but most notably taught me that I did not want to delve deeper into geotechnical engineering. I decided during my senior year that I was more interested in Water Resources because I enjoyed working with the various forms of GIS and modeling softwares required in the industry.
This helped me to decide to get a masters focused more on Water Resources, and helped me to find a job in the field after that as well.
Find something that grabs your interest first. Let that help you decide how you want to specialize after undergrad.
