    Hi all,

Hope you are well in this trying times.

I was just admitted into a construction engineering graduate program in the States. (I was really excited.) However, the admission also came with a huge challenge for me because I didn't get financial assistance opportunities. So I need find financial sponsors before I can accept the offer by mid April.

If you are aware of any kind of financial assistance/sponsorship from individuals or organizations (say, professional bodies)? Please recommend them to me, a prospective graduate-level student from mainland China.

I appreciate every response from you.

    Thank you very much!

Congratulations and best wishes. You know, this is probably not what you want to hear, but I have a suggestion for you. Go work! I'm serious. Work for a year or so as a construction laborer. Start out at the very bottom. Save every yuan you can. Later when you're out employed with your master's degree in construction management, you'll have instant credibility with everyone, having actually worked in the trade, and in such an exciting construction environment as China in 2020!

Thank you very much Dudley for your valuable piece. I appreciate it so much! It will work for me.

I forgot to mention that I'm currently employed in a construction consultancy company. As you have suggested, I may continue my employment and save the money I need to go for my post-graduate study.

    Stay well!
