The natural disasters sometimes occur by earth movements causes by seismic natural dynamic forces and i think i would want to discuss in details on one aspect; number one, excessive dynamic loading, may be included on the record of research and my question is how do you overcome the amount of seismic dynamic forces that can be codefy a finite specific value in other words, given the probability to investigate the outcome of quake seismic over the time scale more especially,take for instance in some countries around pacific oceans where i think the tectonic plates of quake dynamic forces are active.
