About the technical answer... What you can we do to solve this in a simple way, is to use the ACI 318 Table 9.5(a) as some suggestive data/shown my alternative answer as I explained in the other post (Alex Thomas Question). And...
You can use the minimum thickness for nonpresstressed beams to find the dimension of the beam that are suitable for your span configuration... And then, you might start another structural analysis to simulate those new dimensions with your loads concerns and verify the validity of the system with your data deflection provided, if it is acceptable.
Your judgement of the case might play an important role in this scenario.
