I have a few questions about concrete in cold weather.

    1. What is the definition of cold air for concrete?
    2. What is the effect of cold air on fresh concrete specifications?
    3. What is the effect of cold air on hardened concrete specification?
    4. What are the necessary measures for cold air concreting?

See ACI 306R-16 for the Guide to Cold Weather Concreting.  Less than 4 degrees C is a cut off temp.  https://www.concrete.org/Portals/0/Files/PDF/Previews/306R-16_preview.pdf
