    I would like to learn more about buildings with zero energy and which type of material we used to conserve the globe. What resources can we use to calculate the energy per construction area? Thank you for your help.

    Hi Neeraj!

    In my course "Standards and Sustainability", we start using BEES of NIST that is a tool online in order to estimate impact of a product. Later the students use the softwares that you can get for free from Athena Sustainable Materials Institute, ECOCALCULATOR and IMPACT ESTIMATOR, for projects.

    Yes, Miguel is correct. They are great resources. Also, you can find info on wood-based materials at EPDs - The Canadian Wood Council - CWC
