Please describe the pile cap design using strut & tie  method for pile cap supported on more than 6 piles for a single column load transfer to the pile cap . We have empirical formula for pile cap supported on 6 piles.

We use the CRSI's 2015 "Design Guide for Pilecaps" to design piles.
