I can't give "feedback about the book" based on only the table of contents.
However, the table of contents seems comprehensive enough. But what's covered under each heading remains unknown to us. For example have energy-absorption considerations been covered in enough depth? Have decreased capacity for further energy-absorption due to potential hairline cracks been thoroughly covered? This might be detrimental even if the structure looks "rehabilitated."
