    There are many new building systems for RCC that utilize polystyrene as stay-in-place formwork such as: SISMO,  PLASTBAU, ENER BLOCK.

    Dear Ashwin, I suggest you check the main problems related to this topic in your home town. Also, check if any construction practice has remained the same along years (i.e., curing concrete). In my home town, there are several problems related to the over-optimized design of structures and the same construction techniques for new and evolving materials (the construction techniques should adapt to these new features). Also, I suggest you check the latest construction techniques devoted to precast concrete and fiber reinforced concrete.
