    If you're going to change the narrative around ISO 45001, it needs to be driven from the top. It's

    easy for management to hand down a list of safety protocols, check off a few compliance

    requirements, and call it a day. But true cultural change requires a commitment from the highest

    levels of leadership.

          "Hey man, hurry up! Boss said  bonus for early finish!"

     ISO 45001 is most effective when leaders lead by example, prioritizing

    safety in both word and action.

    All good stuff. ASCE might run some articles on how firms have implemented ISO 45001 in their environments.

    As for safety-critical inspections, this may be a case where a firm has a best-in-class safety culture, but it is at the mercy of the design-build process.
