Hello Linda,
The PerRoad software from the Asphalt Pavement Alliance includes examples of axle load spectra for a variety of conditions-this is free and available here:
https://www.driveasphalt.org/resources/perpetual-pavement Other places where you can find examples of axle load spectra might include research reports from state DOT's such as the Texas Department of Transportation, where recent studies have evaluated load spectra in the energy-producing sectors of the state. Go to this website (https://library.ctr.utexas.edu/Presto/home/home.aspx?ssid=RTI_branded) and search on axle loads.
I hope this is helpful.

Subject: Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) Data Analysis for AASHTO Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide (MEPDG)
Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some open source programs or any software you can recommend for weigh-in-motion (WIM) data analysis as part of my M.S. thesis. The WIM data is for input in the mechanistic-empirical pavement design method. Particularly, I want to develop the traffic distribution by class (FHWA scheme) and a load spectra. I would like to welcome any suggestions or recommendation on what analysis software I could use. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
