    I'm looking for a contact for a PE that can do a lunch and learn for JEA on Horizontal Directional Drill Design for Water/Wastewater in Jacksonville, FL.

    ​ASCE has a MOP 133 for Guided Boring or Pilot Tube Method.  I can provide your office with a Lunch and Learn regarding this MOP.

    FYI, at Standard Specifications & Details Committee you can find a specification for HDD in Standard 608. Not a L&L but it may be helpful.
