Financial institutions funding infrastructure or real estate developments require the services of Project Monitoring Engineers as Construction Loan Monitoring specialists. They review preliminary engineering and design documentation in addition to construction drawing and progress monitoring and prepared report to the financial institution.
This is a field I would like to pursue. Can someone direct me on to a written procedure or publication that would tell me more about this field? I would appreciate anyone who can tell me how to pursue this career path.
