Jessica Krueger
Jessica Krueger is a Water Resources Project Manager at RK&K in Baltimore, MD. She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering and Science from Johns Hopkins University. She has 12 years of experience in water resources engineering, including stormwater management design, stream restoration design, erosion and sediment control design, watershed management, and MS4 program management. She is a licensed PE in Maryland, Virginia, DC, and North Carolina. Additionally, Jessica is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the EWRI – MD Chesapeake Bay chapter, and the Committee Chair of the ASCE Committee on Professional Career Growth.
Kim Parker Brown
Kim Parker Brown serves as a Senior Environmental Engineer and Program Manager in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon, located in Arlington, VA. In this position, Kim is responsible for financial management of the Environmental Restoration budget, along with the oversight of technical guidance in the execution of environmental work for Naval installations nationally. Kim has been a Past President of ASCE-National Capital Section (NCS), chaired several NCS committees, along with serving on the Scholarship Trust Board for the Section. She has also served as an ASCE Region 2 Governor, participated and chaired several ASCE national committees and currently serves on the ASCE national Committee on Professional Advancement (CPA).
Kim received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from Howard University and her Master of Science (MS) degree in Management at the University of Maryland. She is a registered Professional Engineer for the State of Virginia. She and her husband have one son who recently received his BSCE.
