About the Speakers

Alison Winer, Senior Grant Manager at Ardurra, is a grant professional with a master's in urban planning from San Jose State University. She specializes in strategic planning, grant management, and policy analysis, with 20 years experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Lucy Cardenas, Grant Manager at Arudrra, has over 20 years' experience and specializes in community engagement, grant-writing, and grant management.
Lucy and Alison are part of a results-driven group of professionals that have developed data-driven and compelling grant proposals that have secured millions of dollars in state, federal, and regional funding for clients. Passionate about improving communities, they have advanced multi-modal transportation, safety, sustainability, transit, active transportation, emergency management, and community development projects, delivering impact.
