Title of the Presentation: CCWRD project updates

Scott has 30 years of Public Works experience at the State, County, and local level. He currently serves as the Design Manager for the Clark County Water Reclamation District where his team manages the design of the 15-year, $1.5 billion capital improvement program.

After graduating from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Scott continued his education earning an MBA at the University of Illinois and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering at UNLV.  As a former City Manager and Public Works Director, Scott has extensive experience in a wide range of infrastructure projects; including planning, design, and construction.  

Scott is a Past President of the American Public Works Association - Nevada Chapter and a member of the International City/County Management Association.
