Description

Heather Holmstrom, RA, is a licensed architect and Project Manager with the Nevada State Public Works Division. She oversees the planning, design, and construction of capital improvement projects that support state agencies across Nevada. With more than a decade of experience, she has led multidisciplinary teams on higher education, healthcare, public safety, K 12, and government facilities, delivering thoughtful, functional, and sustainable solutions. Heather holds both a BS in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and remains committed to mentoring emerging design professionals. She is passionate about creating resilient public spaces that strengthen communities through collaborative, thoughtful design.
