Eastern Shore Branch Ethics Presentation & Annual Banquet

"Broadening the Scope of Engineering and Business Ethics"

This presentation offers a unique perspective on leadership and ethical practice in the engineering industry. The presentation, “Broadening the Scope of Engineering and Business Ethics” will encourage engineers to think beyond the traditional code of engineering ethics and explore a concept known as macro-ethics: a broader, more inclusive approach that considers the vast range of individuals and communities impacted by engineering decisions. By adopting a macro-ethical approach and engaging with diverse stakeholders, engineers can unlock new opportunities for meaningful and responsible innovation.
