2025-2026 ASCE-NCS Annual Planning Meeting

Please join us for the ASCE-NCS Annual Planning Meeting on August 5th at 6:00 PM in Falls Church, VA, where the NCS Board of Directors, Committee Chairs, Faculty Advisors, Practitioner Advisors, and other members will come together to plan events for the coming year and to identify leadership opportunities that will help support the Section's activities for 2025-2026.

  • Share your ideas with Section leadership
  • Multiple leadership and volunteer opportunities available
  • Dinner provided, no cost to attendees
I strongly encourage you to attend; whether you are simply interested in observing or wish to actively take part in the planning discussions, we welcome your participation and input.  
 
Food will be provided at no cost to the attendees. Yep, you heard it right! Free food.

A few things to note:

  • The parking garage is located at the rear of the building.  You will need to walk down the outdoor covered walkway, thru the corridor, and the elevators will be on your left.  It’s the middle set of elevators, not the ones with the security gates.
  • Elevators will be locked starting at 6pm. If you arrive after 6p, we will have someone grab some late comers.
  • Note that cell phone service is not great in the building. Please email [email protected] if you are not able to reach anyone at the office.
