• Annual Sponsor – $500
  • Logo displayed at ASCE monthly meetings, on the Austin Branch Website, and in the monthly newsletter

  • Advertise job postings for FREE on the branch website for the year

• Meeting Sponsor – $500 for one meeting (9 meetings per year)

  • Introduction at the meeting and approximately three minutes to speak about your company

  • Recognition and write-up in the branch meeting brochure and monthly newsletter

  • Company write up shown on the branch website home page for the month

  • Two free admissions to the sponsored meeting

  • Advertise job postings for FREE on the branch website during the year

• Bundle Sponsor – $1,250 (save $250!)
  • Bundle includes Annual sponsorship, Meeting sponsorship, and Corporate sponsorship at the Continuing Education Conference for a $250 savings on the total!

Continuing Education Conference - Varying Levels

• Corporate Sponsor – $500

  • Sponsor name and logo on a poster or presentation slides at the event

  • Recognition in newsletter articles

  • Name included in any media kits and promotional materials for the event

• Break Sponsor – $550 (Limit 2)

  • Corporate Sponsor benefits + special mention at defined session breaks

• Breakfast Sponsor – $750 (Limit 1)

  • Corporate Sponsor benefits + special mention at Welcome Breakfast

• Lunch Sponsor – $1,000 (Limit 1)

  • Corporate Sponsor benefits + special mention at lunch

• Coffee Sponsor – $600 (Limit 1)

  • Corporate Sponsor benefits + mug logo (Sponsor provides mug or ASCE provides mug at $10 per mug)

• Parking Sponsor – $1,000 (Limit 2)

Notes:
“Year” refers to a 12-month period starting from the time of sponsorship authorization. There are 9 meetings per calendar year (no meetings in February, July, or August). We encourage everyone to get involved. A sponsorship will allow your company to give back to the Austin community as well as market your company’s name.
