The ASCE Transportation and Development Institute (T&DI) has partnered with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to host the 2023 International Conference on Transportation and Development (ICTD) and the International Airfield and Highway Pavements Conference, co-locating in Austin, Texas, June 14-17, 2023. 

This unique international conference collaboration will provide an exclusive opportunity to network, interact, and exchange information with worldwide leaders in the fields of transportation and development and highway and airfield pavements, bringing together transportation systems and infrastructure practitioners, researchers, operations managers, project and construction managers, academics, consultants, and contractors from around the world.

In this webinar, we will explore the conference's program and discuss the various workshops, plenary sessions, technical breakout sessions, exhibit hall, poster session, technical tours, and other activities associated with the conference. We will give special attention to activities that are specifically of interest to younger members and provide some sage advice about how to get the most out of the conference.
