GJ Aiport-Runway Project Visit

Dear friends,

The City of Grand Junction team and Mead & Hunt have kindly invited us to tour the Grand Junction Airport – New Runway Project on Thursday, November 6th, at 3:00 PM.

This is a unique and large-scale project involving approximately 4 million cubic yards of earthwork, along with extensive utility work. During the visit, the project team will provide an overview of the earthwork operations, utilities, and overall project scope.

We will meet at the construction trailer, located north of H Road along 27 1/4 Road, Grand Junction, CO, and then carpool to the site together.

If you can carpool, please do so, as parking is limited at the yard. Also, please remember to bring your own PPE — hard hat, closed-toe shoes, and safety vest are required for all attendees.
