Title: Construction Vibrations: Stop Settling

Abstract: Construction vibrations don't often cause damage, but when they do it can cost millions in repairs and litigation. The focus of most vibration monitoring is on vibrations in the adjacent structures, while the real risk often lies in the soils underlying them. In this presentation, we'll look at how Geotechnical Engineers can better reduce the risks of soil settlement, review a few case studies, and see how Omnidots vibration monitoring system can help you monitor these vibrations without settling on sub-par products.

Bio: Ren Keyport is a Professional Engineer with experience overseeing several hundred vibration monitoring projects throughout the region. As Vice President of Omnidots North America, he is overseeing North American operations for vibration and sound monitor manufacturer Omnidots, introducing new companies to the value of vibration and sound monitoring on construction projects, and providing support and training for existing customers in the United States and Canada.

Registration is for in-person attendance only. We hope to see you there!
