This two-hour course moves beyond theory to examine real-world ethical challenges facing engineering professionals today. Attendees will explore codes of ethics from ASCE, NSPE, and ACEC and engage with practical topics, including:
• Avoiding perceived impropriety during solicitations
• Guidelines regarding gifts to public officials
• Maintaining client confidentiality while meeting professional obligations

About the Instructor
The webinar will be led by Kirk T. Steudle, PE, President of Steudle Executive Group and former Director of the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). Kirk brings decades of experience in public service, policy leadership, and infrastructure innovation. He currently serves as an instructor with the AASHTO Leadership Institute.
