ASCE Austin - October Branch Meeting
ASCE Austin is excited to host Christiana Astarita, Project Manager at TxDOT Austin District. Join us for an update of the Oak Hill Parkway Design-Build Project.
Christiana Astarita, P.E. is the TxDOT Austin District Project Manager for the Oak Hill Parkway Design-Build Project. Christiana has over 20 years of progressive engineering design, construction, and project management experience in the major metropolitan areas of Austin, Honolulu, and Las Vegas. Her experience focuses on project transportation mobility solutions.
Past roles included serving as the project manager for the SH 71 Express (also SH 71 Toll Lanes) Design-Build Project, as well as managing the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) Local Government Oversight Program for projects in construction. Christiana received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
NOTE: Time is allotted for lunch beginning at 11:30 AM. The meeting and speaker presentation will begin around 12 PM. A short period for questions & answers is reserved prior to 1 PM.
Registration ends on Friday, October 11th; you may still attend by paying at the door (cash, check, paypal). As a non-profit, we operate on a budget that is highly dependent on revenue from sponsorships, membership fees, and event/program fees (such as this luncheon). To help ensure a meal headcount for our events we require registration in advance. At this time, we do not offer refunds.
