Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

As of about 18 hours ago, I officially became president of the Reading Branch (located in southeastern PA) and wanted to crowd source some ideas about how our leadership team can build up some DEI efforts. We have not had any active committees or working groups within our branch for a while due to our small size, but we have a lot of new and engaged younger members so I want to get something started.

Any & all ideas and suggestions are welcome! Lessons learned would also be super helpful for anyone who has recently gone through a similar process.
