This document outlines the process of presenting the Robert Ridgway Award to the WKU ASCE Student Chapter during a surprise virtual meeting. The meeting was disguised as a 'Senior Sendoff' to gather students and faculty, allowing for a successful yet low-attendance presentation. The planning involved careful coordination to ensure the surprise element was maintained while also addressing the challenges of notifying participants without raising suspicion.
