The Shadow Program organized by the Buffalo Section provides college students with a unique opportunity to experience the realities of civil engineering careers. By pairing students with practicing engineers, the program aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application, allowing students to gain insights into the daily responsibilities and challenges faced by professionals in the field. The initiative is coordinated by Athena Hutchins and the Student Chapter President, with activities taking place during the fall and spring semesters.
