The Membership Survey for the St. Louis Section aimed to gather insights from members to inform the development of the Section's 2023-2028 Strategic Plan. Conducted in March 2023, the survey included questions about members' motivations for joining ASCE, their interests in Section events, leadership aspirations, and barriers to participation. The survey was designed collaboratively by the Section President and President-Elect, with input from the Section Board and guidance from representatives of the Kentucky Section who had previously executed a similar survey. The data collected was analyzed and presented during a strategic planning session on March 31, 2023.
