The 2026 Outstanding Section-Branch Award aims to recognize and promote excellence among the Sections and Branches of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Instituted in 1993, the award is given annually based on activities from the previous fiscal year, with categories defined by membership size ranging from Very Large to Very Small Sections and Branches. A Judging Committee appointed by the Leader Training Committee evaluates nominations based on a variety of activities including publications, educational programs, and diversity initiatives undertaken by the Sections or Branches during the fiscal year.
