I have started as a teller with a major bank in India, went on to work with another major bank in Abu Dhabi and ended up migrating to New Zealand where I last worked with GE Money. My interest has been in Construction Project Management and Project Financing. Eventually I have qualified as Licenced Building Practitioner (site) and now working independently managing small to medium sized residential construction projects where I work closely with my clients by collaborating with various professionals like Designer/Architect, Structural Engineers, Planners, Civil Engineers, Surveyors, Builders, Various sub-contractors, Banks for project funding and progress payments etc. The emphasis is on delivering the clients unique concept of their dream home and achieving it within the time and within costs.
