Waters of the U.S. Rule: What Does it Mean for Civil Engineering?
Join ASCE for a presentation by key staff from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the Definition of Waters of the United States Proposed Rule under the Clean Water Act. Officials from the agencies will provide a background of the proposed rule, types of water covered and excluded by the rule and answer questions on the potential impacts to the civil engineering community.
